Public lectures during EPFL-UNIL Health Days

Health Days will return to the EPFL and UNIL campuses from Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 10. This free event, dedicated to physical and mental health, is designed for the entire university community, with select conferences open to the general public. This year, Health Days invite you to explore your emotions and cultivate kindness toward yourself and others—because taking care of your mental and physical health means listening to your body and what’s going on in your mind.
